Work Package 5.1: Project Coordination
Work Package Description
The Project Management Team (PMT), comprised of Project Coordination (WP 5.1), Technical Project Management (WP 5.2) and Administrative Project Management (WP 5.3) has been established to:
- ensure smooth running of the project and full achievement of project objectives
- allow the Project Executive Board (PEB) and Project Steering Board (PSB) to follow project progress
- allow the PEB and PSB to follow project expenditures related to efforts
- exploit fully synergy between the work of partners, and ensure intermediate results are available at the required time and quality
- operate an effective interface between the project consortium and the European Commission.
